Our Staff
Kevin D. Eidson, President and Lead Architect
Kevin has been with W. L. Perry Associates since 1989 and became President of the firm in 2002. He holds architectural registrations in over 15 states and is NCARB certified. Kevin has been project architect on a wide range of projects during his career including, Religious, Retail, Industrial, Health Care, Residential, Governmental Office and Hospitality.
Traci L. Wierda, PE, Vice President, Senior Structural Engineer
Traci has been with W.L. Perry since 1999 and became Vice President in 2005. She holds registrations in 14 states and is certified with NCEES. Traci also has a degree in architecture to complement her engineering skills. She is experienced in all types of structural material design and is actively involved in structural condition assessment and forensic analysis work in the company.
Thomas J. Barnes, Senior Project Manager
Tom has been personally involved in design activities for more 800 churches spanning a 30 plus year career in this specialty area. During that time he has had the opportunity to work on ministry projects in more than 35 states. He is a member of the Construction Specification Institute.
William P. Steere, Director of Ministry Services:
Bill has 37 years of pastoral experience including 20 as a pioneer/lead pastor. He has experience with several building projects with existing facilities and new first time buildings. His early experience included 10 years in business and teaching in public school. He helps churches and ministries clarify their vision and mission ultimately translating that into a design that helps make their ministry more effective and fruitful. Bill will walk with a church through a project from start to finish. He is ordained and serves on the executive board of Calvary Ministries International.
